 Cupping Therapy is an ancient form of complementary medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.

 Modified massage is used when a person cannot receive a traditional, face-down table massage or have special requests due to medical or mental health related reasons.  Special pillows and other accommodations are made by the therapist to make sure that everyone can safely receive a therapeutic experience.  This may include pregnant women, people receiving cancer treatments, people under hospice care, and survivors of sexual assault/abuse.
